Problem Solving

"Problems cannot be solved at the same level  of awareness that created them"
Albert Einstein

What problems are you facing right now?
Midlife Crisis - Major Relationship Change - Financial Issues - Health Issues - Procrastination - Depression - Attitudes or Behavior Challenges - Boredom, do you need to get more excitement or purpose from your life.

Life rewards us for the problems we solve. You can overcome any problem just by understanding and applying a few simple principles. It may not always be easy but it is always simple. Life continuously brings problems into our life and it's our job to solve them. You don't need prescription drugs or the expensive services of a psychologist.

     Principles of problem solving.
The most difficult thing is to be objective regarding our problems. It's hard when you are emotionally caught up in it, when you know you have to change but you don't know what. You must understand the above quote from Albert Einstein!

Principle#1 - Awareness. Be aware of exactly what your problem is. Don't let symptoms fool you. Most problems stem from a faulty belief or poor attitude then manifest into a behavior or action.
Principle #2 - You need to be clear on what you want. Properly set goals are the most effective way of getting clear and creating plans of action. See featured resource below.
Principle #3 - Personal development. This is the second part of the quote. You have to grow beyond your present level of awareness to be able to see what is wrong. See article under Life Skill Resources button titled "Personal Development is the Issue"
